The Endurables and Inside Trail Racing are pleased to announce a training program that targets our Big Trees Trail Run in Oakland, CA on May 6.  Train with pro athlete, Olympic Marathon aspirant, and awesome coach Caitlin Smith in a fully supportive environment with like minded runners.

This East Bay 16-week Trail Running training program will begin February 1st,  2012 and run for 16 weeks as you prepare for the Big Trees Trail Run with distances of Half Marathon, 30K, or 50K.  Racing is not required if you  simply want good coaching that will set the stage for a great season.

You will enjoy the knowledge and experience shared by Caitlin, as well as the support and camaraderie of a community of athletes of all abilities, all while discovering the beauty of the trails of the East Bay and Marin County. You’ll have a rewarding experience participating in this program appropriate for those relatively new to endurance running as well as experienced runners preparing for the annual racing season.

The program consists of one coached session on Wednesday evenings at 6:30pm along with a  group run on Saturday at 8:00am.
