Ultra Marathon Training and Racing with The Endurables
Our friends at The Endurables have opened up registration for another great training program. Train with Inside Trail Racing Team member and great coach, Larrisa Polischuk, to get ready to tackle your next race.
This is a comprehensive group training program that will ultimately prepare you for your goal summer race, whether that be a 50K, 50 Mile, 100K, or 100 Mile trail ultra. Ultra Marathon Training and Racing gives you a comprehensive program consisting of 3 weekly workouts with an amazing coach and supportive community.
The plan includes scheduled runs on Saturday’s with detailed maps of the Marin Trails. These group runs integrate Endurable members, with a range of ability, that foster a supportive environment on awesome trails. There will be a rotation of 6 different starting points from Rodeo Beach to the top of Mt Tam so you will feel like every day out is an adventure not to be missed.
The coached midweek training will offer strength and aerobic workouts to augment the Saturday long runs. The group format of the midweek runs allows constant access to a coach and other participants to provide the opportunity for attention from your coach and motivation from your fellow runners.
